• Complete Islamic-themed activities before unlocking apps

Certain features may require device permissions (e.g., Screen Time, notifications) to function properly.

3. Account

Tartiib uses anonymous authentication to create an account identifier.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining control of your device
• Managing permissions required for blocking
• Not attempting to interfere with or bypass system enforcement mechanisms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if the App is used in violation of these Terms.

4. Permissions & System Limitations

The App relies on Apple's Screen Time and system APIs to enforce blocking.

You acknowledge that:

• Blocking functionality depends on permissions granted by you
• Revoking permissions may disable enforcement
• System-level failures or iOS restrictions may affect performance

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free blocking.

5. Premium Features & Payments

The App may introduce optional paid features or subscriptions in the future. Any purchases would be processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system and governed by Apple's terms and billing policies.

If no premium features are currently available, this section does not apply at this time.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Circumvent blocking mechanisms
• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with the App's normal operation

Violation may result in termination of access.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, and software within Tartiib (excluding public-domain Quran text where applicable) are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without permission.

9. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Tartiib is a productivity and motivational tool.

We do not guarantee:

• Improved focus
• Behavioral change
• Spiritual growth
• Specific performance results
